Public Offer
This document is an offer by Individual Entrepreneur Yulia Dmitrievna Sadovaya, INN 226702595982, OGRNIP 326010000005919 (the Provider) to enter into an agreement for non-medical information and consultation services on the terms below.
1. Subject
The Provider supplies the service selected on the website in the format, duration and at the price displayed in the service card and booking form at the time of booking.
The selected service name, format, duration, price, date and time form part of the specific booking terms.
2. Nature of services
The services:
- are information and consultation services;
- are not medical care or medical services;
- do not include medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription of medication or medical rehabilitation;
- do not replace consultation with a physician where medically indicated;
- do not guarantee any particular personal, psychological, financial or other outcome.
The Client remains responsible for personal decisions and their consequences.
3. Formation
Before submitting a booking, the Client can review this Offer, payment/rescheduling/refund rules, the Privacy Policy, the separate personal-data consent, Provider details and the selected service details.
The agreement is formed when the Client explicitly accepts this Offer in the booking form and the booking is created by the system.
4. Price and payment
The price is displayed before booking.
After a booking is created, active payment methods configured by the Provider are made available.
Opening a payment link does not itself prove payment. Payment status is determined from the relevant payment service and/or the Provider's records.
5. Parties' obligations
The Provider will perform the agreed service at the agreed time or arrange a reschedule and will provide material information about the service before the agreement is formed.
The Client will provide accurate contact information, attend/connect at the agreed time, avoid sending special-category personal data through the standard booking form and follow reasonable organisational rules.
6. Rescheduling and cancellation
The Client may withdraw before the service is performed.
Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds are governed by the separate Payment, Rescheduling, Cancellation and Refund Rules, which form part of the booking terms.
Rescheduling without an additional charge is available where the Provider is notified at least 24 hours in advance, unless the parties agree otherwise.
Where the Client withdraws, a refund is made subject to any actual documented expenses directly connected with the specific booking.
7. Liability
The parties are liable in accordance with applicable Russian law.
8. Personal data
Personal data is processed under the published Privacy Policy and separate consent. The system records the versions accepted at booking.
9. Contact
E-mail: JULECHKA0715@MAIL.RU

10. Final provisions
Russian law applies. Amendments are published as a new document version and do not retroactively replace the version accepted for an earlier booking.
11. Additional terms for direct purchases, programmes and gifts (commerce release)
In addition to date-specific bookings, the Client may purchase a one-off non-medical information/consultation service or a programme without selecting a calendar slot in advance (a Direct Purchase). The selected product card and recorded order specify the name, scope, format, price, delivery or performance arrangements and applicable timing. Where further details or scheduling are needed, the Provider communicates the relevant arrangements using the agreed contact channel. A programme does not confer a formal qualification or purport to provide licensed education.
For a Direct Purchase, the Client separately accepts this Offer and the related payment/refund terms in checkout. The agreement is recorded when the system creates the order following explicit acceptance; performance of paid services is subject to payment confirmation and the terms displayed for the item. Merely opening the bank page does not constitute payment. The accepted legal versions are recorded against the order.
A gift certificate represents entitlement to the specific service identified in its product card, not a general stored monetary balance. A unique code is issued after payment confirmation; the purchaser transfers it to the recipient securely. For appointments, the recipient selects an available slot and presents the code during booking. For a non-calendar service, the recipient activates it and supplies the necessary contacts. Codes are single use; redemption is not a second payment. This storefront does not sell gift certificates for programmes/courses. Any stated validity period and conditions must be disclosed before purchase and cannot override mandatory consumer rights.
The purchaser and recipient may be different people. The purchaser cannot consent to processing on behalf of the recipient; the recipient is shown the applicable documents and provides their own details and consent, where required, when activating the gift.
Withdrawal, repayment for unperformed services, unused certificates and cancellation after activation are governed by the separate Payment, Rescheduling, Cancellation and Refund Rules and mandatory law. A stated expiry date or a gift code not yet forwarded does not automatically forfeit the full advance payment. A required fiscal/payment receipt is provided under the applicable tax regime after the paid purchase; redemption must not cause the same amount to be fiscalised again.
