Payment, rescheduling, cancellation and refunds
These rules apply to the Provider's non-medical information and consultation services.
1. Payment
The price is displayed before booking. After the booking is created, available payment destinations configured by the Provider may be offered.
Payment is considered completed when confirmed by the relevant payment service and/or reflected in the Provider's records. Opening a payment link is not proof of payment. A fiscal, payment or other receipt/document is provided where and as required by applicable Russian law.
2. Client rescheduling
Where the Client requests a reschedule at least 24 hours before the agreed time, the booking may be moved to an available time without an additional charge.
With less than 24 hours' notice, the arrangement may take account of actual expenses already incurred and the circumstances of the booking.
3. Client cancellation
The Client may withdraw before the service is performed.
The amount paid is refunded less any actual, supportable expenses directly connected with the specific booking, where such expenses exist.
These rules do not provide for automatic forfeiture of the full payment merely because the Client withdraws.
4. No-show
If the Client does not attend/connect at the agreed time and did not request a cancellation or reschedule in advance, the Provider will seek to clarify the circumstances.
Any reschedule or refund is handled with regard to actual expenses, the reserved appointment time and mandatory consumer-protection rules. This clause does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.
5. Provider cancellation
If the Provider cannot perform the service, the Client is offered either:
- a reschedule to an available time; or
- a refund for the service not provided.
6. Refund timing
Refunds are made through an applicable method, taking into account the payment service's rules and applicable statutory deadlines.

8. Direct purchases and programmes
The content, format, price, timing and delivery mechanism of a one-off service or programme without a calendar booking are defined by the product card and confirmed order. Opening the bank page is not payment; the payment service must confirm it. The Client may withdraw subject to applicable mandatory law. Refunds for unperformed parts take account only of actual supportable costs attributable to the specific agreement where the law permits. No blanket 'no refunds after payment' rule applies. If the Provider cannot deliver, the Client may agree to alternative performance or receive a refund for the unperformed service.
9. Certificates for specified services
A certificate is advance payment for the identified service and receives a single-use code only after payment confirmation. The recipient books an available appointment or activates a non-calendar service as applicable. Gift certificates for courses/programmes are not sold here.
A request from a person entitled to seek repayment of an unused certificate will be assessed in line with mandatory law; expiry alone does not mean that the money is forfeited. Following redemption or partial performance, any repayment is assessed by reference to the service actually supplied and legally allowable documented costs. If a certificate-funded appointment is cancelled, the Provider agrees the rescheduling/restoration procedure; the system must not automatically issue a second active paid code.
Send refund enquiries to the contacts in section 7 with sufficient order/certificate identification, without posting the full confidential code publicly. The Provider verifies the claimant and applies the legally required refund procedure and payment-provider rules. Where the original payment has already been fiscalised, any required fiscal adjustments must be processed; redeeming the same prepaid certificate is not a second receipt-generating sale.
