Personal-data consent

By submitting a booking, direct-purchase or gift-activation form and selecting the relevant separate checkbox, I freely give Individual Entrepreneur Yulia Dmitrievna Sadovaya, INN 226702595982, OGRNIP 326010000005919, my consent to process my personal data.

1. Data

This consent covers:

• name;
• e-mail and/or phone number;
• preferred contact method;
• messenger username (for example, a Telegram @username) where that contact method is selected;
• selected service;
• booking date and time;
• interface language;
• technical evidence of the time and version of this consent.

2. Purposes

The data is processed to:

• create and manage my booking;
• contact me about the selected service;
• conclude and perform the agreement;
• keep evidence of this consent;
• comply with legal obligations.

3. Operations

I authorise collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction of the listed data as necessary for the stated purposes, with or without automated means.

4. Service providers

Where necessary, data may be processed by technical, communication and payment service providers supporting the website and the transaction, subject to an applicable legal basis and confidentiality/security obligations.

5. Duration and withdrawal

This consent remains valid until the purposes are achieved or until I withdraw it, unless continued processing is required or otherwise permitted by law.

I may withdraw consent by writing to JULECHKA0715@MAIL.RU.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before the withdrawal and does not prevent retention required or permitted on another lawful basis.

6. Special-category data

I understand that the standard booking form is not intended for health information, diagnoses, intimate-life information, trauma details or other special-category personal data, and I will not submit such information through the standard booking form.

7. Additional consent for direct purchases and gifts

This consent also covers my own data submitted when I make a direct purchase, buy a programme or service-specific gift certificate, or activate such a gift as the recipient: name, phone and/or email, preferred contact channel and optionally provided messenger username; selected service/programme, order and payment status, certificate issuance/use status, evidence of acceptance and any necessary mandatory receipt details.

I consent to processing for order creation, communications, service/programme delivery, single-use gift issuance and redemption, refunds, legal-acceptance records and legal compliance, within the scope described by the Privacy Policy. The ordinary form does not collect full bank card details. If I buy a gift for another person, this consent covers only my data and is not consent on behalf of the recipient. If I am the recipient, I supply my own details and applicable consent during activation/booking. No marketing subscription is created. Withdrawal is governed by section 5; lawful mandatory retention remains unaffected.
